11 new case of COVID-19 and one new death were reported for Sierra County on Thursday, January 7th, according to the New Mexico Department of Health website. 594 cases of COVID-19 are now being listed with 15,383 tests having been administered along with 39 deaths since March of 2020 for the County. Reminder to please social distance, wear your mask in public and limit travel for only essential items.
