Effective July 13, restaurants and breweries cannot have indoor seating but, can open patio seating at 50%. Restaurants can provide carry out and delivery services only. New Mexico State parks will be closed to out of state visitors and only open during the day. The status of school opening is unknown at this time.
Sierra County has performed 1,985 tests with 14 cases being reported that is 0.7% with two cases being reported as recovered. Hot zones remain McKinley, San Juan, Bernalillo, Dona Ana, and Sandoval counties. The number of positive cases compared to the number of tests performed, the state peaked on April 22, 2020. Statewide 6,118 people have fully recovered.
