The state has 5,938 positive cases of Covid-19 according to the NM Health Website, there have been 133,253 tests performed. 265 deaths have occurred statewide all having underlying medical conditions. 90% of the COVID-19 deaths have occurred in (4) counties (San Juan, Bernalillo, McKinley, and Sandoval counties). 211 currently remain hospitalized, while 1,755 people have fully recovered. 540 tests have been performed in Sierra County with only one positive case of COVID-19 being reported.
