SANTA FE – Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and state officials will host a remote news conference today at 3:00 P.M. to provide an update on COVID-19 efforts in New Mexico and related emergency public health orders.
The state has 7,252 positive cases of Covid-19 according to the NM Health Website, there have been 180,646 tests performed. 4 new deaths yesterday, raising the total to 329 statewide all having underlying medical conditions. 93% of the COVID-19 deaths in New Mexico have occurred in (4) counties (San Juan, Bernalillo, McKinley, and Sandoval counties). 210 currently remain hospitalized, while 2,638 people have fully recovered. 763 tests have been performed in Sierra County with only one positive case of COVID-19 being reported.
