Petition No. VR-21-01, petitioning for the vacation of Simpson Road, Evergreen St. and Maple St. in Kingston NM, has been filed with the Sierra County Board of Commissioners.
The Spaceport American Regional Spaceport District has called a meeting of the District’s Board of Directors. The meeting is set for June 11 at 10am.
Volunteers are needed to serve on the Sierra County Recreation & Tourism Advisory Board. The one position available to fill is representing Restaurant/Bar/Brewery category.
The Sierra Vista Hospital Joint Powers Committee voted unanimously to move forward with creation of a Special Hospital District and a referendum to put this issue on the November ballot.
