The Sierra County Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 9:45 A.M., at the Sierra County Administration Building, 1712 N. Date, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, for the purpose of considering a request to vacate the remaining lots in the Miranda’s Highland Retreat Unit No. 1 subdivision.

A final decision on this request will be made by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the location identified above.
