NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra County Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting on January 22, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the Sierra County Ordinance No. 19-019 an ordinance relating to promotion of economic development and commerce by regulation of certain involuntary payments required of employees in Sierra County. The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at a regular meeting to follow the public hearing, on January 22, 2019, at 10:00 AM. The public hearing and commission meeting will be held at the Albert J. Lyon Event Center, 2953 S. Broadway, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be purchased by the public from either office for .50 cents a page.
