On Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., in a meeting at the Sierra County Administration Building, 1712 N. Date, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, the Board of County Commissioners of Sierra County will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of discussing a request to Vacate a Portion of the Plat for Lot 1, Block 2, Chloride Silver Bar Ranch, Unit 1. The Board of Commissioners may vote on the request to vacate a portion of the plat for Lot 1, Block 2, Chloride Silver Bar Ranch, Unit 1, during the Commission Meeting to follow the public hearing. The public will be permitted an opportunity to present its views on the petition to vacate the plat at the public hearing.

Copies of the proposed petition to vacate a portion of the plat for Lot 1, Block 2, Chloride Silver Bar Ranch, Unit 1, is available for the public to view free of charge at the County Clerk’s Office or the County Manager’s Office, both located at 1712 N.
