NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra County Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting on July 16, 2018, at 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the Sierra County Ordinance No. 18-017 an ordinance relating to promotion of economic development and commerce by regulation of certain involuntary payments required of employees in Sierra County. The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at a regular meeting to follow the public hearing, on July 17, 2018, at 10:00 AM. The public hearing will be held at the Albert J. Lyon Event Center, 2953 S. Broadway, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. The regular County Commission Meeting will be held July 17, 2018, at the Sierra County Commission Chambers, 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.
